Kodak has been an active ENERGY STAR Industrial Partner since 2001, and has received the Partner of the Year award three times for its leadership in energy management.

"As an ENERGY STAR partner, Kodak has successfully integrated energy performance into their business strategy and day-to-day operations," said Kathleen Hogan, director of EPA's Climate Protection Partnerships Division. "By participating in ENERGY STAR Kodak is showing businesses worldwide that protecting the environment is good for the bottom line." - US Department of Energy (DOE)

In 2007, as part of their 'Save Energy Now' program, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) named Eastman Business Park (formerly known as Kodak Park) as a recipient of the Energy Champion Award. The award is presented only to industrial sites that undergo a comprehensive assessment and have demonstrated energy savings of more than 15%. Among the factors analyzed in the assessments was overall design and efficiency in use of energy. On that score, Eastman Business Park received the highest-level scores.
