Eastman Business Park is home to manufacturing, tenant and site infrastructure facilities, with several facilities currently for sale and/or lease, along with space for new buildings and development. Kodak currently has 2.6M sq. ft. of existing facility space of virtually all types, and over 300 acres of developable property for commercial or industrial use.
It is Kodak's desire to leverage its site infrastructure towards the expansion of the Eastman Business Park. Kodak is currently engaged with CBRE Consulting on a marketing strategy and business plan for the sustainability of the Park, long after the film business has declined beyond its ability to sustain itself.
Key partnerships have been formed with the local governmental agencies, municipalities and economic entities. These partnerships are gaining momentum towards the objective of delivering new business and tenants at the Park. As our new strategy takes hold, the Eastman Business Park will become the re-development Site of choice for New York State and its incentive programs.
